Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

* 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or equivalent.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules: MES, WIP, and Quality.
* Familiarity with Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, such as MSCA, Inventory, PIM, BOM, PO, Cost Management, ASCP, iSupplier, and iProcurement.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in project-driven environments.
* Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken).

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

* Collaborate with business teams across various regions to define and refine IT project requirements.
* Manage system enhancements, including design, testing, and change control processes.
* Assist with Oracle EBS configuration and manufacturing data conversion for integration projects.
* Design and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Develop training documentation and knowledge base articles.
* Work closely with external software and service providers.
