We are on the lookout for a curious and motivated Junior Reliability Engineer to join for a temporary consulting engagement. In this role, you’ll support two senior engineers in improving maintenance strategies for industrial operations across the Czech Republic.

This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, predictive technologies, and reliability engineering—while contributing to real-world projects with a meaningful impact.

Temporary Role (to 31/12/2025, with the possibility of extension)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or an equivalent qualification
* Genuine passion for technology and industrial systems
* Strong desire to develop technical knowledge and skills
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative
* Analytical thinker with a hands-on, adaptable approach
* Fluency in Czech and good command of English
* Effective communicator who’s comfortable following expert guidance

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

* Work closely with senior engineers on: Refining and optimizing maintenance routines, introducing and supporting predictive maintenance practices
* Preparing and updating technical documents and asset registers
* Helping assess and prioritize maintenance activities by criticality
* Participating in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions
* Gathering data on component wear and assisting in method development
* Drafting technical procedures and structured maintenance plans
* Coordinating logistics for technical training sessions
